Congratulations to the Laird + Smithers/Burns Cooley Dennis team for taking home an ACEC-MS Engineering Excellence Honors award at the annual ACEC-MS banquet in recognition of their outstanding work on additions to Pisgah High School for the Rankin County School District. The banquet was held February 13th at The Railroad District in Jackson. Attending the banquet with Laird+Smithers were Jay Yarbrough (and spouse Donna) of the Rankin County School District and Tommy Dunlap and Randy Ahlrich of Burns Cooley Dennis, Inc. (BCD). Laird + Smithers provided structural and civil design for the project. BCD provided geotechnical engineering services for the project.
